Your data will only be used for the purpose provided by you. The personal data is collected in a database (Pollex), which is updated annually. All customers are recorded with their first and last names, e-mail address, address and telephone number.
The data is stored as long as an ongoing customer relationship exists. Accounting data (sales figures and invoice numbers is stored for additional seven years data). The data (first name/last name, phone number and e-mail address) of the customers remain stored until revoked.
The purpose of data processing is to enable customer data administration, sending of newsletters, offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and personal correspondence (by post and e-mail).
The legal basis of the processing is an ongoing customer relationship.
The legitimate interest of Industrieelektronik Pölz GmbH is the provision of comprehensive consulting and related services.
The provision of personal data is the purpose for maintaining an ongoing customer relationship, for young people under the age of 18 the responsibility lies with their parents.
