Transport damage:

If external transport damage is visible, we advise you not to open the package. If you do so, the damage will not be remedied.
Any transport damage must be promptly reported within 48 hours of package delivery, in writing and with pictures, to Industrieelektronik Pölz GmbH (office@poelz.at) as the damage cannot otherwise be acknowledged.
